Movenpick Placement

At EHH, we place tremendous emphasis on vocational methods of teaching and give our students a holistic education in hospitality management. We often partner with renowned brands worldwide – equipping our students with the knowledge required to thrive in the real world. One such partnership was with Movenpick Hotel where we organized a five-week intensive placement program.

The five-week industry placement at Movenpick Ibn Battuta went beyond the realm of theoretical education and into the field of practical work experience. The hotel transferred our students between four departments: in-room dining, culinary (Hot, Cold and pastry kitchen), kitchen, and executive lounge. Participants learnt from industry experts who are amongst the top tier of professionals in the industry.
